Membership

ASP membership is free and extended to all medical students actively enrolled in Emory University School of Medicine expressing interest in the ASP organization and its activities. Program activities are broadly categorized into “Human Anatomy Teaching Assistance,” coordinated with the M1 class calendar, and “Clinical Exposure” to the surgical profession. Any medical student who has completed their first year and demonstrates interest may lead/participate in the Human Anatomy Teaching Assistance Program. The program has been designed specifically with first and second year medical students in mind but also seeks to coordinate additional surgical exposure for all students with surgical interests.
